Absence makes the heart grow fonder. Or so I've been told! I've actually been making quite a few cakes. But I've been posting them on my facebook page. I'm going to attempt a few posts here with multiple cakes. We'll see how I do :) Thanks for stopping by.
Thanks to Hanna-Grace's Mom Amy at Precious Memories Photography, I have this fabulous photo of her cake. If she could just be on call to photo all my cakes! :)
I might also add that Hanna-Grace has the coolest birth date ever!! June 3rd girls rock! ;) Yes, that would be my birth date too! LOL
Hi there! Thanks for stopping by. I'm Angela Mullican, a self-taught cake decorator specializing in sculpted cakes covered in fondant. I especially enjoy "one of a kind" requests! If you can imagine it, I'll do my best to reproduce it in cake!
A lot of people cringe when they hear the word fondant. If that's the case, I recommend giving my fondant a try. While it makes for a beautiful cake, most commercial fondant tastes pretty blah. I tried several recipes until I found one that tastes really good and still gives the smooth texture of traditional fondant. Each cake I make gets a fresh batch of marshmallow fondant. It's made primarily from marshmallows and powdered sugar. YUMM-O!
